More SENZ...

Ha ha Sorry Janine, it was just waaaay too tempting.

Just so everyone knows Janines halo was around her ankle this weekend. I guess it kept falling and that was the safest place for it.

So we want more info... ok so I will spill.

Megs head is EXPLODING with ideas for SENZ South were there will be an UBER COOL Scrapbook Essentials stand...

Megan is getting her class ideas sorted too and we will have AWESOME product for you to play with so I would book classes as soon as you can.

Jo is an AWESOME tutor and she will have classes at SENZ south too. It was so cool to watch her in action. Her "Make it Fancy" class layout was gorgeous. It does amaze me that some people get so stressed if my make a mistake... please remember it is scrapbooking... its creative and is FUN! Don't worry :)

There was some stuff at the show that took my fancy but the fact is that the shoppe at SE has most of it anyway and for better prices... for example there was a certain shop which is also online who were selling the Maya Road chipboard tins for $24.95! Can you say rip off...!

Also my hot tip for stand owners... TALK TO ME! Especailly when I am standing at your till with product! DON'T talk to your co-worker standing next to you and not even acknowledge ME your customer! HELLO! So RUDE!

OK vent over hee hee!

The other thing... I am really bad at pin swapping... I think I needed to make mine a bit flasher so I will jazz them up for SENZ south... I did get 5 which is cool and most of them are from my SE girls so thats cool. Good to have a souvenir.

This lil lass was out on the pin hunt for her mum...

So in conclusion... it was good, the product wasn't outstanding, I only spent half the money I took (that may be a good thing), the staff at most stalls were rude and...

SENZ south will rock becuase I know for a FACT that Meg is getting BRAND NEW STUFF over just for it! YEAH!

I thought I'd share my little bag of goodies... finally got my wooen letters so off to find the perfect paper at SE to rock them!

There is a saying...

...I love deadlines... especailly that wooshing sound they make as they go flying past...

So yes... today is the 18th of May... a few days past the 15th, but sometimes life gets in the way..

I am still working on the kit but I wanted to share what I have so far...

Bling...

A week.... has it been so long...

...that is so not like me...

OK so my little mini peek from two posts ago was my project that I created for the May Kit at Scrapbook Essentials.

There are so many scrapbooking events coming up that I wanted to 'bling' my scraptote... make it "Neens" Tote instead of just a tote...

So if you should really head over to SE and grab a subscription for the kits... and now there is the Creative Overload add on kit too!

If you hurry there are only 2 or 3 kits left this month... told you they are good!

And a little birdie has told me some of the products that will be going in next months kit..... mmmm mmmm mmm.... yummy!

The Interview

So there is a post dong the round at the moment... an interview me blog posting...

I thought this is fun... and today Rochelle is interviewing me!

So here goes:

1. Why do you scrapbook?: OK I was asked this question on my DT entry... and I think my answer then is still true. Firstly, I was also an artsy kid. From building dollhouses with matchbox furniture to painting and embroidery... you name it chance are at some stage in my life I bet I've done it. So for me Scrapping lets me release my creative urge and have something to remember, something that once I'm gone will still be here... something that will in a way let me live forever.

2. Some people collect things (other than scrapbooking things :p) do you have any collections?: Oh gee.... this might be embarassing. OK, I used to collect My Little Ponys... before that Beanie Bears... and now its just my DVD collection that grows and grows. LOVE movies. First thing whe I win Lotto, getting a MASSIVE plasma.

3. What's your favorite food?: Just one!? No... thats too tough... so I will go with satay chicken (in fact anything with peanuts) and chocolate... only not together, that would be gross!

4. What picture do you have on your PC desktop right now?: Hmm I change it all the time... but its always a photo I took that I am sort of proud of at the time... right now its this one...

5.What do you most like about being in a relationship?: Good question... I would have to say its the companionship... the security.. knowing that I live with my best friend and always having Mike to turn to. For someone to lean on, arms to fall asleep in and an ear to bend after a cruddy day. Knowing he supports me and loves me no matter what life throws at us. I love being with Mike because hes my best friend. And yes I know that sounds corny... but corn is good for you! hee hee...
